1. The Bijago platform

Bijago is a multi-tenant ecommerce platform that lets merchants ("you," a "merchant," or a "tenant") create and run their own online store — including product catalogs, orders, customer management, storefront themes, blog content, and AI-assisted content generation tools — under their own subdomain or custom domain.

You are solely responsible for the products you list, the content you publish, and your interactions with your own customers. Bijago is not a party to the sales contract between you and your customers.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Access to the Bijago platform is provided under a paid subscription plan, billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Some plans may include a free trial period, as described at signup or on our pricing page; unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and billing will begin.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your store until the balance is resolved. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Payment processing & platform fees

To accept payments from your own customers, you connect a Stripe account through our platform ("Stripe Connect"). Bijago does not receive, process, or store your customers' card numbers or other raw payment details — that data is handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

Depending on your plan, Bijago may charge a platform fee on transactions processed through your store, in addition to Stripe's own processing fees. Applicable fees are disclosed on your plan or billing dashboard.

4. AI-assisted features

Bijago offers optional AI-assisted tools (for example, generating product descriptions, blog post drafts, and category content) powered by a third-party AI provider. When you use these tools, the product or content details you provide are sent to that provider solely to generate suggested text — we do not include your customers' personal information in these requests.

Some AI features consume purchasable AI credits. AI-generated content is a starting point only: you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before publishing it on your store.

5. Sales channel integrations

Bijago lets you optionally connect your store to third-party sales channels, including Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram Shops), Google Merchant Center, and TikTok Shop, so your product catalog can also be listed and sold on those platforms. Connecting a sales channel requires you to separately agree to that platform's own terms of service (for example, Meta's Platform Terms and Commerce Policies) — Bijago acts only as a technical integration between your store and the channel you choose to connect, and is not a party to your agreement with that platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the product data you publish to a connected sales channel and for complying with that channel's own content and commerce policies. You may disconnect a sales channel at any time from your store's Sales Channels settings; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle the data involved in each integration.

6. Ownership and liability

All Bijago software, platform features, and materials remain the intellectual property of Bijago LLC. You may not claim ownership of our platform, whether modified or unmodified. You retain ownership of the content and product data you upload to your own store.

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Bijago is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

Store accounts and subscriptions are non-transferable . For agencies and development partners: please ensure your clients maintain their own subscription if they require direct support access.

7. Refunds

Subscription and AI credit purchases are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at hello@bijago.com and we will review your request.

8. Warranty

Bijago services are provided without any warranty, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee full compatibility with all browsers, devices, third-party plugins, payment providers, or external systems. Before purchasing, you may contact our support team to verify compatibility with your setup.

9. Account termination and suspension

Bijago reserves the right to suspend or terminate any store account without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to

• Abusive, defamatory, or malicious behavior towards Bijago staff or customers
• Fraudulent transactions or misleading business practices
• Unauthorized resale, distribution, or promotion of competitor products
• Involvement in hacking, spamming, piracy, or illegal activities
• Security threats due to account compromise or unauthorized sharing
• Non-payment of subscription fees

10. Your customers' data

When your customers place orders, create accounts, or otherwise interact with your store, Bijago processes that personal information on your behalf so your store can function. As between you and your customers, you are the data controller responsible for having a lawful basis to collect their information and for providing them with any notices required by applicable law, including your own store's privacy policy.

We value your privacy as well. Bijago does not sell, rent, or share your account information with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
